Myocarditis following COVID-19 vaccination

Description of 2 patients with acute myocarditis occurring within 72 h after the administration of mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccines. Initial cardiac echo of patient 2: LVEF 25%, moderate mitral regurgitation; brief episode of supraventricular tachycardia sustained.
